Search tips: in the first field select either ‘Resource‘ for the title of the resource or ‘Resource Notes‘ to search within the resource notes. In the second field type the word or phrase to be searched for. For example inputting:
- Resource + ACAS will find the specific resource entitled ACAS.
- Resource Notes + Health will find all the records containing the word Health in the Resource Notes field.
Client Issue Abbreviations: BNF – Benefits, BSN – Business, CNS – Consumer, DBT – Debt, DSB – Disabilities / Health,
